Community Carnival 2017 
Community Carnival at Manchester is free for local children

NORTH MANCHESTER, Ind. – Children of the North Manchester community are invited to a free Community Carnival from 2 to 4 p.m. Tuesday, June 20, on the Manchester University Mall.

Children from preschool through the primary grades can participate in games, win prizes and enjoy cotton candy, popcorn and snow cones.

The carnival is a partnership between MU and the Indiana Association of Student Councils Summer Leadership Workshop.
